Please bear in mind that Hungover is a fashion brand and all products ordered online are made to order. Once an order is received, the team at Hungover takes immense care in providing you with a great experience.
Our lead time is 2 to 3 weeks on average starting from the day the payment is received. Unforeseen acts of nature beyond our control, force majeure or problems of the delivering company may cause a delay, for which Hungover may not be held responsible. While we aim at completing the absolute majority of orders within the 2 to 3 weeks timeframe, the provided timeline is only an estimate for your reference and cannot be guaranteed.
We offer free India-wide shipping and use services of leading logistics vendors in India.
UNABLE TO DELIVER
If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts by default as a delivery practice by our carrier, the carrier shall also coordinate on the telephone number provided by you. Still, if the parcel is not being received by someone at the address given, then the parcel shall return back to the brand. No credit shall be issued to yourself.
Hungover offers customized, tailor-made products. As such, those products cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not provide full returns. We do, however, offer a full exchange service if the delivered product doesn't match the ordered styling specifications (colour, fabric, neck style, etc.). The company reserves the right to decide to request the return of product(s) and provide a return label, if necessary. Hungover cannot take any responsibility for the correctness of the submitted measurements. The return of a product based on fabric or styling preference is not possible.
Because some colours/models are seasonal/special editions, Hungover does not guarantee that the replacement will be in the same colour/style.
